INSPIRED BY NATURE

So here is my inspiration piece that I used to create the following 2 cards. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

SUPPLIES:
PAPER: whisper white, barely banana, dusty durango
INK: summer sun, tangerine tango (retired in-color), dusty durango, not quite navy, basick black, versamark pad and pen
STAMP: inspired by nature
MISC: clear embossing powder, embossing buddy, brayer, sponges, paper cutter

1. cut whisper white cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4"
2. versamarked up stamp, then put on basic black before stamping on card.
3. embossed with clear powder
4. brayer summer sun over all of whiper white, took soft cloth to remove the ink from the embossed image
5. sponged on tangerine tango on outside of summer sun to create a shadow in the water
6. sponged on dusty durango on outside of tangerine tango for more depth. also sponged it at a little of the top, so it would show around where I wanted to put the mountains
7. sponged not quite navy on outside of dusty durango again at the top of the card, sponged lightly in the sky to cover most of the summer sun
8. tore a piece of paper to create the mountains, and used another straight piece for the bottom of the mountains
9. sponged not quite navy pretty dark, then went back over some of the area with the basic black to give more depth
10. sponged not quite navy in the sky creating a dark area for shadow and clouds
11. sponged some basic black in the water to create a few more dark areas
12 cut some barely banana to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8", assembled the image on the barely banana, then assembled both on to a final piece of dusty durango 4 1/4" & 11"
13. on the inside I used the saying that comes with the inspired by nature stamp
